Saint Marguerite: A Little Catholic School Doing Big STEM Things!
Saint Marguerite Catholic School, situated in Tooele, Utah, has embarked on an exciting journey into STEM education. Founded by local parishioners to address increasing educational demands, the school has recently incorporated Woz ED STEM Kits, thanks to the foresight of the Salt Lake City Diocese superintendents and the backing of Cobalt ED.
Under the leadership of Principal Chris Nielsen, the school has established “STEM Wednesdays” to involve students from all grades in collaborative projects, ranging from coding for kindergarteners to 3D printing for older students. This nurtures critical thinking and teamwork while equipping students for future focused careers. Saint Marguerite is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering the growth of its students through STEM learning.
